Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Tasvirein, a trading name of Klarbyte Labs Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company no. 17185765, registered office 39 Olympic Crescent, Brooklands, Milton Keynes MK10 7LE, the data controller), collects through tasvirein.com and through enquiries, and how it is used, under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. What we collect
- Enquiries: if you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you include in your message. We use it solely to respond to and manage your enquiry or booking.
- Site analytics: this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first tool. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track you across sites. We see aggregate statistics only: page views, approximate country, and referral source. No consent banner is required because no personal data is stored on your device.
2. What we don’t do
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No sale or sharing of your data with third parties for their own purposes.
- No mailing lists. You will only hear from us about your own enquiry or booking.
3. Legal basis & retention
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to you) and, once you book, performance of a contract. Booking records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes; enquiry emails that don’t lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.
4. Client photographs
Photographs from client sessions are personal data. They are stored securely and are only published in our portfolio or social media with the permission described in our Terms of Service. We store RAW photographs for a maximum of 6 months from the event date and edited photographs for 5 years, after which they are permanently deleted. Under UK GDPR you can ask us in writing to permanently delete your RAW and/or edited photographs sooner.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
